Twelve years ago, Dr. Paul Juergens opened Southern Illinois Pain management with a staff of one nurse and one receptionist.
Today, our staff has grown to ten times that number. We offer a diverse range of services to manage chronic pain and help people regain control of their lives.
Our staff of two physicians, two physician assistants, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a psychologist along with occupational and physical therapists provides services to over 120 people daily. We draw patients from a three state area and, as our numbers continue to grow, so do our opportunities to broaden our treatment program. We are looking to the future and we constantly seek to expand our boundaries even further. Our goal is nothing less than "awesome service."
Our Goal
It is our goal at Southern Illinois Pain Management to put you back in charge of your life. The overall relief from chronic pain depends on more than just treating the damaged area of the body. Our goal is to make progress with small victories in a variety of areas, which leads to a greater overall improvement in the quality of life.
