Insurance and Billing
As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill all primary and secondary insurances. However, it is the patient's responsibility to supply all insurance information to our office in a timely manner.
We accept Medicare assignment however the 20% co-insurance is due at time of service unless a secondary insurance is noted. We do participate in several PPO's however all co-pays are due at time of service. We do not bill Motor Vehicle Accident insurance carriers. They will be considered private pay when seen in our office.
Ultimately, it is the patient's responsibility should the claim not be paid within 30 days. It is also the patient's responsibility to know their insurance provisions.
